Altamirano offers NMT students 21 and older the independence of living in an apartment with the convenience of living on campus. The fully-furnished Altamirano units contain either 2 or 4 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a range and refrigerator. Every two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each unit by default contains all members of the same gender, but all residents of the unit can unanimously request to be placed together as space allows.

Each Bedroom Offers:

• One loftable bed

• A closet spanning the length of a wall
• One ethernet port

• An average size of 10 feet by 10 feet

Each Living Room Offers:

• Two tables
• 4 Modular couch segments
• At least one outlet

Each Kitchen Offers:

• One refrigerator
• One range (Oven, Stove, and range hood)
• A double-bowl sink with garbage disposal
• Counters
• Built-in table with 4 chairs

Altamirano Offers:

• A community laundry room on the 1st floor
• A community lounge with a DirectTV-broadcast television system on the 2nd floor
• A community study lounge on the 3rd floor
